ModalPopup ContentPlaceHolder bug

This question is in reference to the posted issue at codeplex...

Has anyone else ran into this issue and been able to resolve it? I'm
beating my head against the wall on this one, any help would be
appreciated.I have a COntentPlaceHolder and I work a lot with ModalPopUp...
I never had that problem
(but I did not change from the last CTP to the new beta version)

Are you using a table-less layout? Mine is table-less and I think it
has to do with that as well.
